In order to overcome this limitation, necessary coordination was done with the managers before referring to them. In addition, interviewers were used who established good communication and visited several times, and were present until the completion of the questionnaire. Also, some managers refused to complete the questionnaire despite emphasizing the confidentiality of the information provided in the questionnaire and did not cooperate with the researcher.All study participants signed informed consent.
