: The research was conducted according to the ethical principles of research with human participants []. Ethical approval was obtained and a favorable statement received on May 20, 2021 from the Ethics Committee of the South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (the committee does not provide specific numbers for their statements). The study recruitment ad and the beginning of the questionnaire detailed the purpose of the study and the survey’s target group, stressed the voluntary nature of participation, denoted the anonymity of the responses, and informed participants about the data management plan. Participants were also informed that returning the questionnaire constitutes consent to participate in the study, and that it is not possible to withdraw one’s participation afterwards, since identification of participants is not possible. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants in the study. The data were analyzed in such a way that the employer that the participant was working for could not be recognized.
