Declarations
:
: The cantonal (district) ethics committee approved the study in Cantonal Ethics Committee in Bern (Switzerland) (number 073/2015). No individual informed consent was obtained. No individual inform consent was obtained. The data were analysed in a retrospective procedure. For this purpose, approval was obtained from Cantonal Ethics Committee in Bern (number 073/2015). Our work is based on retrospective data only, which were provided to us in coded form, so we do not have any patient data. Because this is a retrospective study, the ethics committee does not require patients to sign an individual consent form. In our university hospital, we have a general consent form that patients sign to agree to the use of retrospective data for scientific purposes. The ethics committee also approved the use of data from patients who did not have the opportunity to sign the consent form. We have excluded data from patients who did not sign the general consent form or who withdrew their consent.
