: The research director of Tampere University Hospital approved this study (nr. R21641). The need for ethical review has also been investigated by the Tampere Region Human Sciences Ethics Committee at Tampere University prior the study, but it was found to be unnecessary because the data are obtained from registers and not from patients. The need for consent to participate was also waived according to the Law on the secondary use of health and social data (Laki sosiaali- ja terveystietojen toissijaisesta käytöstä 552/2019).
