: The institutional review board of the Hamadan University of Medical Science located in the West of Iran provided ethical approval (IR.UMSHA.REC.1403.394). All methods were conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations, and adhered to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to each interview, the researcher provided a self-introduction, elucidated the study’s objectives, and assured participants of the confidentiality of their information. It was emphasized that participants retained the right to withdraw from the study at any time without incurring any negative consequences.
