: The study protocol received approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Urmia University of Medical Sciences, in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Additionally, the Ethics Committee of the same university granted approval for this research under the ID IR.UMSU.REC.1398.042. Before the interview, participants were provided with written and verbal information about the study, and written informed consent was obtained from all individuals. Participation was voluntary, and participants had the right to withdraw from the study at any stage. Strict adherence to data confidentiality, ethical considerations, and data dissemination protocols was observed, with no recording of personal identifiers such as names, surnames.
