: The Institutional Review Board of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and Iran National Committee for Ethics in Biomedical Research approved this study (Project Code: 4020912 and Ethics Code: IR.KUMS.REC.1402.604). Informed consent was obtained from all participants and all information (including participant names, interview files, and writings) was kept confidential, and the confidentiality principles were strictly followed. Participants’ withdrawal right from the study was described at the start of the interview and reserved at any time.
