: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethics. This research was conducted after receiving the ethical approval code from the Regional Research Ethics Committee of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (IR.TBZMED.REC.1396.681). Permission was acquired from managers of the PHEMC and ambulance stations of East Azerbaijan province. All the participants were informed of the study procedure and the voluntary participation and the steps taken to ensure the confidentiality of data in the study and informed written consent was obtained from them.
