: The study protocol was approved by the local ethics committee “Comitato Etico Territoriale Lombardia 3” of the IRCCS Ca’Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico of Milan, in the ethics committee meeting which was held on February 13th, 2025; protocol number 0007076. The research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Since the study has a retrospective design and does not contain any personally identifiable data, the local ethical committee put aside the necessity of a patient by patient collection of the consent to participate.
