: The study was approved by the Research Deputy of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences, Iran, and received ethical clearance under code IR.LUMS.REC.1402.142. Legal and ethical permission to access patient records was also obtained from the administration of Bushehr Heart Hospital. The study objectives were fully explained to all participants, and those meeting the inclusion criteria provided written informed consent. Participants were assured that their involvement was voluntary, that their data would remain confidential, and that they could withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences.
