: The project was reviewed and classified as a quality improvement initiative by the Ethics Committee of the Canton of Bern (Req 2025 − 00589) in accordance with Article 2 of the Swiss Human Research Ordinance (HRO). The quality department of the Fribourg Hospital approved the project. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all individuals participating in the study. Participants were informed that the study aimed to explore the evolution of their role within the department, though the exact research question was framed in a deliberately broad manner to limit bias.
