Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study received review and approval from the Institutional Review Board and registered as a health improvement project (reference 24HIP31) with the Research Management Team at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. According to the NHS Health Research Authority (HRA) Research Ethics Service, this study did not require further NHS Research Ethics Committee review as informed consent was obtained from all respondents and no patient-identifying data was collected in any form.
Consent for publication: The study received local Research and Innovation approval and registered as a health improvement project (reference 24HIP31) to hold interviews, store and analyse anonymised Key Informant responses and disseminate findings through publication and conference presentation.
