Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Institutional permission was first obtained from the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye and the Chief Physician’s Office of the Makkah Diyanet Turkey Hospital on June 30, 2025. Ethical approval was granted by the Etlik City Hospital Scientific Research Ethics Committee on October 22, 2025 (Decision No: AEŞH-BADEK1-2025-545). As this was a retrospective study involving anonymized data, informed consent was not required. All patient identifying information, including names, national identification numbers, and other identifiers, was coded prior to analysis and was not used in reporting.
