: For the online sample, ethics approval for this study was obtained through the Ethics Committee of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany (protocol number 2015–248). For the clinical sample, ethics approvals were obtained through the Ethics Committees of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany (4909–14), the Medical Faculty of the RWTH Aachen University, Germany (EK 310/13), and the Medical Faculty of the University of Leipzig, Germany (042–14-27,012,014).Informed consent to participate was obtained from both participants involved in the online and clinical samples. Written informed consent was obtained from the clinical sample. Participants involved in the online sample provided informed consent by marking the respective checkbox at the start screen of the online survey after reading the study information. Both procedures have been approved by the responsible ethic committees.
