Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by Hunter New England Human Research Ethics Committee and all procedures performed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the 1964 Helsinki declaration.Informed consent was obtained verbally from all individuals included in the study with the assistance of certified interpreters or carers and family members. A verbal consent form approved by Hunter New England Human Research Ethics Committee was read out and completed for each participant enrolled in the study.
