That study was approved by the Comité de Ética de Investigación en Seres Humanos [Ethics Committee for Research on Human Beings] of the Facultad de Medicina [School of Medicine]]of the Universidad de Chile [University of Chile]. In that study, educational establishments were approached for consent to participation. All eligible children of a participating school were invited to participate.
