Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The YSP pilot trial has been approved by the SickKids Research Ethics Board (December 2017; REB number 1000056892). All youth and parent consent for participation are obtained in written form. Youth were deemed capable of ethically and medically consenting for their participation in the research presented in this manuscript [,]. Parents consented to their own participation in the research study. Both youth and parental consent were required for inclusion in the study; that is, youth were excluded if parents did not consent and vice versa.
