: PRomoting ACute Thrombolysis in Ischemic StrokE (PRACTISE): The medical ethics committees in each participating center assessed the study protocol. The protocol has been set up according to the revised Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) statement for cluster-randomized trials and has been published earlier.International Mission on Prognosis And Clinical Trial Design in Traumatic Brain Injury study: The study has been approved by the Ethical Committees of all participating centres and have been performed in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.Centre for Medical Decision Making, Department of Public Health, Erasmus MC cooperated in the development and realization of these two studies (PRACTISE and IMPACT) and therefore participating researchers had access to the data.
