Declarations
:
: Ethical review for the project was deemed unnecessary based on the tool provided by The Health Research Authority, UK (). All participants were volunteers through their association with The PENTA Foundation (); they are all co-authors on the manuscript. After receiving written information about the purpose and nature of the planned elicitations in advance of the PENTA-ID Network meeting, participants consented verbally at the meeting to joining the project and providing their opinions; their participation was documented in an electronic record of the elicitations. It was not considered necessary to obtain written informed consent because participants joined the research team as collaborators, they contributed opinions in their professional capacity as clinical researchers and there were no risks associated with this.
