: The ENGAGE host feasibility trial was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Uppsala, Sweden (Dnr: 2017/527) and was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration, ensuring the welfare and rights of all participants, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Ethical amendment for the SWAT was obtained from Swedish Ethical Review Authority August 07, 2019, ref.: 2019–03083. Eligible participants were not informed about the study within a trial, and were therefore unaware they were participating in an embedded recruitment trial and unable to provide informed consent. Online informed consent was provided by all study participants in the ENGAGE host feasibility trial.
