: The data collection process for the COVID-19 application was reviewed and approved by the Colorado Multiple Institutional Review Board as exempt research. The University of Pennsylvania institutional review board approved PHAR protocols and study-related activities for the six-minute walk distance application (Federal Wide Assurance number FWA00004028). Informed consent was obtained from each patient prior to enrollment. Data was de-identified before use. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
