: All data usage protocols were approved by the Georgia Department of Public Health.Informed consent was obtained from all participants during the telephone recruitment process by the Georgia Department of Public Health. There are no proxy interviews in this survey.Methods, Guidelines and Regulations: All handling of BRFSS data were carried out in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance in collaboration with the University of Georgia. These include use of complex sampling weights, reporting of prevalence, and standard errors. Both institutions conform to the Declaration of Helsinki guidelines for the conduct of research with human participants.
