: Approval for the use of anonymized clinical data from electronic health records for this study was granted by the ethics committee of Great Ormond Street Hospital R&D under 17/LO/0008 (Reference 19IA07). The anonymised data were routinely collected as part of normal clinical care from patients at GOSH, informed consent was obtained from all participants for data to be collected for capture in the CF registry, and approved for research within in the secure Digital Research Environment (DRE) made available through GOSH DRIVE (ExternalRef removed). All research and methods carried out, including use of anonymized data, were in accordance with the principles and guidelines set out in the UK Policy Framework for Health and Social Care Research (V3.3 7th November 2017, Health Research Authority), and the Declaration of Helsinki.
