: According to Danish law, registry-based research projects that are based on pure data (i.e. numbers and characters) are exempted from ethical approval and do not require informed consent from the participants (assessed by the Regional Committee on Health Research Ethics for Region Zealand ID-number: EMN-2022-03474). The Danish Data Protection Agency approved data management and processing of the current dataset from 2016 to 2021 (ID-number: REG-041-2022).
