: The study was approved by research ethics committee of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, Hamadan, Iran (IR.UMSHA.REC.1403.768). Since the study participants were under 16 years of age, written informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians prior to their participation in the study. This consent process was clearly outlined in the consent form, which was signed by the parents or legal guardians.Details of the participants were collected without including the name. In addition, individuals’ information was kept confidential. The written informed consent was obtained from all subjects.
