Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study was approved by the Malaysian Medical Research Ethics Committee (NMRR 12–1422-14,535). Written informed consent was obtained from all 30 participants during the initial pilot study phase. Also, all participants signed an informed consent prior to answering the questionnaires during the formal phase of the study. Permission to conduct the study in all the involved clinics was obtained from the State Health Department of Negeri Sembilan and Selangor. All participating clinics were then issued an official letter of permission from the state department, granting the researchers authorization to conduct the study at these sites.
