Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This ongoing study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Centre de recherche - Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne of CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre (MP-04-2019-368). Permission to access to the EMR data for this study was granded by the directors of professional and hospital services without needing explicit consent from patients and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Sherbrooke University Hospital Centre. The Hopital Charles LeMoyne committee acts as the central committee for our province-wide study in Quebec and local approval was sought from the local committees of each study site. Twenty-one local approving ethics committees from Centre intégré et Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux: Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Chaudière-Appalaches, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie, Lanaudière, Laurentides, Laval, Mauricie et Centre-du-Québec, Montérégie-Centre, Montérégie-Est, Montérégie-Ouest, Outaouais, Capitale-Nationale, Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, Estrie, Saguenay - Lac-Saint-Jean.
