Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study, and its consent protocol, was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committees of the Australian National University (HREC 2015/352) and UNSW Sydney (HC13019). A Participant Information Sheet was provided to all participants. The Participant Information Sheet for GPs was provided face-to-face or online and explained: the aims, focus, potential benefits and risks of the research; the voluntary nature of participation and that submitting a completed form would constitute consent to use their responses as part of the national evaluation; and that they were free to withdraw from the study at any time without penalty. A Participant Information Sheet was emailed to workshop facilitators explaining the information noted above and that agreement to participate in an interview would constitute consent to use their responses as part of the national evaluation: all participating workshop facilitators emailed their agreement to participate. The requirement for written consent was waived by the Ethics committee. Informed implied consent was obtained from participants when they submitted completed evaluations face-to-face or online, and when they emailed agreement to participate in interviews.
