Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was embedded into a greater cohort study and was approved by the ethics committee of the University of Heidelberg (approval number S 570/2015). Study participation was voluntary. We informed all GP trainees in detail about the study’s purpose and granted them anonymity and confidentiality regarding their data. We obtained written consent from all participants. The Ethics Committee of the University of Heidelberg granted their approval (S570–2015). The study was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki (64th WMA General Assembly, Fortaleza, Brazil, October 2013). Refusal to participate in the study had no impact on the subsequent participation in the programme. All participants gave written, informed consent beforehand.
