Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical approval for the study was granted by the ethical committee of <i>Parc de Salut Mar</i> and <i>Bellvitge Hospital</i>. The basis for participation was voluntary, after reading and signing an informed consent in order to access the questionnaire. A random coding system ensured the anonymity of the participants. Confidentiality and protection of data were guaranteed. Participants also had the right to withdraw from the survey at any moment.
