Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All informants received oral information about the qualitative study and the voluntary nature of participation. Prior to each observation and interview, informants were informed of the ethical principles involved regarding confidentiality and anonymity, including that any quotes would be assigned pseudonyms. All informants signed an informed consent form for participation in the interview and observation study.All GPs were asked permission before contacting their patients for observations and interviews.The study was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (journal no. 2015-57-0008).
