Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All participants were informed about the study, orally and in writing, and all gave their written consent to participate. The study was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (J. no. 1–16–02-16-19). The Danish Act on Research Ethics Review of Health Research Projects does not apply to qualitative studies. Thus, ethical approval was not required from the Committee on Health Research Ethics in the Central Denmark Region.
