: SA is the co-founder of a bicycle medicine delivery service operating in some high-density residential areas of Cape Town, South Africa. He had no influence on the data collection process and data analysis. This research was undertaken to illustrate the predilection for a medicine delivery service among chronic patients accessing their medicines in public sector clinics.
