: Under Dutch law this study is exempt from approval from an ethics committee since it did not involve imposing any interventions or actions [CitationRef removed]. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki). The participants choosing to fill in the questionnaires at T<sub>0</sub> and T<sub>1</sub> implied their consent to participating in the study. Also, participants agreed to be sent a third 6 months after the meeting (T<sub>2</sub>). Informed consent was obtained from all participants.
