It was deemed expedited as research on individual or group characteristics or behavior or research employing survey, interview, oral history, focus group, program evaluation, human factors evaluation, or quality assurance methodologies. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to the beginning of the program. Participants were reminded of their rights at the time of qualitative data collection and verbal informed consent was obtained. The protocols used in this program were in accordance to guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki.
