: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Meuhedet HMO, where the study took place no. 02–02–09-20 and Haifa University Ethic committee 250/21. A verbal consent was obtained from all participants. The Meuhedet Institutional Review Board decreed that in view of the high COVID infection rate at the time the focus groups for the study should proceed by zoom and that only verbal consent be obtained. The reason for this decision was fear of exposing the research team to possible COVID virus contamination of consent forms.
