: The study was carried out following the relevant guidelines. Ethics approval from the University of British Columbia (UBC) Behavioral Research Ethics Board was not required per TCPS2 2018 Article 2.5 stating “Quality assurance and quality improvement studies, program evaluation activities, and performance reviews, or testing within normal educational requirements when used exclusively for assessment, management or improvement purposes, do not constitute research for the purposes of this Policy, and do not fall within the scope of REB review”. (). All participants signed e-consents to participate in this study and to have their interviews recorded. E-consent was developed using a survey tool, Qualtrics, sponsored by UBC (see Additional file ).
