: Ethical approvals for the study were obtained from Ethics Committee Northwest and Central Switzerland (Ref. 2018–00994) and the Kosovo Doctors Chamber (Ref. CitationRef removed/2019). Prior to data collection, verbal informed consent was obtained before the phone interviews, whereas after COVID-19 lockdown measures were released, written informed consent forms were obtained from all the participants that were interviewed. In addition, all research methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations as stated in the Declaration of Helsinki.
