: The study was performed with in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethics approval was given by the Republic of Slovenia National Medical Ethics Committee (NMEC) in August 2016 (No. 0120–320/2016–2; KME 48/06/16). Patients provided written informed consent to allow the researcher to interview their GP based on patient CMR report. GPs provided written informed consent for the inclusion in the study. The Consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research (COREQ) were followed when reporting findings of this study.

Presenting and publishing certain elements of the studies at scientific conferences and symposium is common practice and not considered dual publication. In addition, the present study is a full research article, including detailed methodology and final findings of the study. The already published abstract from the ESCP symposium, only includes interim results of the study.
