: The study protocol was approved by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research ethics in Mid-Norway (ID 465241). Protocol amendments will be communicated by updating the information provided on the trial registry website (ref. ISRCTN16185698). Participant informed consent will be obtained digitally using the eForsk platform. This RCT protocol follows the Standard Protocol Items for Randomized Trials (SPIRIT) statement guidelines [] and all methods were carried out with relevant guidelines and regulations.
