: The study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the Institutional Review Board of UMC Utrecht (21–498), who decided that it did not fall under the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects (WMO) Act of the Netherlands. This study utilizes pseudonymised patient data from a prospective longitudinal cohort, with opt-out consent. Patients Informed consent for this specific study was waived by Medical Ethics Committee (METC) NedMec (21–498) as it utilized pseudo anonymised data of deceased individuals, and thus participants could not be identified, or their consent obtained.
