: This study was conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and in accordance with the Medical Research Involving Human Subject Act and other relevant guidelines, regulations, and acts. For this study, we anonymized all collected data. The Dutch law of medical consultation (WGBO) and medical research (WMO) states that anonymous routine care data can be used without informed consent, when the patient did not give an opt-out and when no intervention takes place. The participated GPs signed a cooperation and data transfer agreement for using the collected routine care data anonymously for this study. The Medical Research Ethics Committee of the University Medical Centre Groningen approved this approach and that this did not apply to the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subject Act (MREC number: 201600404). Patients who completed the patient satisfaction questionnaire provided informed consent.
