: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and the CNIL reference methodology MR-004. Informed consent was obtained from all interviewees with the option to withdraw consent at any time. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the research was registered by the Toulouse University Hospital internal register and the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) which provided the reference RnIPH 2021–26 to ensure legal requirements regarding personal data were respected, without the approval of the ethics committee of Toulouse University Hospital. The French reference methodology does not require studies that do not involve patients to be submitted to an ethics committee.
