: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The Ethics Committee of the Canton of Bern (166/2014; 2021 − 01462) granted ethical approval for ChCR and SCCSS. All participants or their parents provided their informed consent. By returning the questionnaire, cancer survivors agreed that we could use their data for research. Consent to contact GPs was given within the questionnaire. If the participant was under the age of 16 years, the questionnaire was filled in by parents. By returning the questionnaire, the parents consented that we could use this data for research.
