: The study is conducted in accord with established research ethical standards as overseen by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The study was approved by the CHOP IRB (IRB# 19–016315).Authorized members of the study team will obtain written informed consent for child and parent participation including HIPAA authorization from a parent/legal guardian of each parent/child dyad who is enrolled in the study. If a second parent/legal guardian wants to be involved in the study, consent will be obtained from this person as well. Assent will be obtained from children after parent/legal guardian consent is obtained if the child will turn 9 years of age at any point during study participation. Consent for teacher, PASS clinician, and Community Health Partner participation will be obtained verbally; the study team has been granted a waiver of documentation of written consent.
