: This study was approved by the Danish College of General Practitioners (MPU 18-2021) and the Research Ethics Committee at the University of Southern Denmark (Case no. 21/66119). This study was not eligible for application to the Danish National Research Ethics Committee as it did not include sampling of biological material or collection of sensitive health data, cf. Section 14-2 of the Danish Act on Research Ethics Review of Health Research Projects. The authors state that all experiments and methods in the present study were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
