: We conducted the research according to the institutional review board approval (#2020 − 564, DIS-1819-77) of the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal (CIUSSS-CSIM). We followed the principles of the Canadian Tri-Council policy statements for research involving humans (respect for people, concerns for welfare and justice). We complied with the ethical standards of the social inequalities board of the CIUSSS-CSIM.
