: Approval was obtained from Preston North NHS ethics committees (Ref: 224100) before data collection. All recruitment, data collection and storage methods, and reporting strategies used in this study were in accordance with the ethical guidelines and regulations. Informed written consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. Experienced female qualitative researchers (LP, EG), two female MSc students and a male medical student, carried out interviews, after training to ensure ethical and safe good practice.
