: The study was approved by the Research Ethics Board of the CIUSSS de l’Est de l’Île de Montréal (MP-12-2019-1760). All participating organizations gave informed consent to use the material related to the COMPAS + program’s implementation and follow-up. The REB did not require explicit signed consent from individual workshop participants because these were QI activities and analysis were performed retrospectively on workshop reports. As described by Hall et al. (2020) [], informed consent for QI initiatives should be obtained by all participants only if their participation poses more than a minimal risk. For this study, no personal information about participants was sent to the research team, and the study was deemed by the REB to pose minimal risks to workshop participants.
