Approval of the research Medical Ethics Committee, Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam, was obtained (MEC-2021-0277). The Medical Ethics Committee determined that this research did not meet the definition of medical research involving human subjects under Dutch law (WMO) and waived the need for individual informed consent with the use of data from routine care without processing of personal data. Separate informed consent was obtained from all participants who filled in the questionnaire before data collection.
